Fascia 3

Reach the part
you can't reach.

Two independently floating heads. A handle on each end. Enough torque to actually do something. The Fascia 3 is the first percussive massager you can work on your own lower back — one-handed, no twisting, no asking your partner for a favor.

Every massage gun assumes
somebody else is holding it.

Single head, one handle, trigger under your thumb. Great for your quad. Useless for the one spot that actually hurts — the left side of your lower back, an inch off the spine, which is exactly the spot you can't get a straight arm onto.

Three decisions that matter

Built around the arm
that has to do the work.

Two heads, floating

Each pad sits on its own pivoting arm, so they find the two ridges of muscle either side of your spine at the same time instead of one hammering down the middle. You stop chasing the spot.

A handle at both ends

The grips are open holes on either tip of the body. Reach behind your back with an underhand grip and the heads land on your lumbar automatically — the position a normal gun forces you to contort into.

Ribbed, not smooth

The pads are textured silicone with real grip. On a moving muscle they bite and carry the stroke instead of skating across skin, so you can use a fraction of the pressure to get the same effect.

For the 4 a.m. crowd

You're up before
everyone else.
Your back knows it.

Ninety seconds on the lumbar setting before you put your boots on changes how the last three hours of the day feel. That's the whole pitch.

  • Quiet enough for a pre-dawn house. Roughly the noise of a box fan on low at the top setting — you can hold a phone conversation with it running.
  • Works through a shirt. The ribbed pads don't need skin contact or oil, so you're not undressing in a truck cab.
  • Sits in a cupholder. 8.7 inches end to end, flat on both faces, so it doesn't roll off the dash.

The pad itself

Grip beats force.

Most guns win on stall force and lose on contact — a smooth head on a curved back slides off exactly when you push hard enough to matter. The Fascia 3 solves it at the surface instead: parallel ribs that engage the muscle and stay where you put them.

Swap to the flat heads for shoulders and calves, or the pointed head for a single knot. Four come in the box, and they pull off with a firm twist — no tools, no losing them.

Questions

Straight answers.

Yes — that is the specific thing it was designed for. Grip either end from underneath with your arm behind you and the two heads drop onto the muscles either side of your lumbar spine. You don't need the range of motion a straight-handled gun demands, and you don't need someone else's hands. It's also the reason the body is flat on both faces: you can press it into the back yourself against a wall or a chair.

Between about 45 and 58 dB depending on the level — somewhere near a box fan on low at the top setting. Most people can use it at 5 a.m. in the same room as a sleeping partner. It is not silent; percussive motors never are, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a vibration plate.

The Fascia 3 is built on Mijia's dual-head platform. We sell and support it here — Xiaomi does not. Practically that means your warranty claim, your return and your answer to a question all come to us, not to an overseas store with a translation layer. That's the whole reason this page exists.

Yes, in your carry-on. The battery is well under the FAA's 100 Wh limit for loose lithium-ion cells, but those rules put spare and built-in lithium batteries in the cabin and out of checked bags. Same answer on every US carrier.

Send it back within 30 nights. Use it daily, get sweaty with it, keep the box — we refund the full amount and email you a prepaid label so the return costs you nothing but the trip to the drop-off. Roughly one in twenty come back; if you're the one, that's fine.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern leave the same day from our US warehouse, and arrive within two business days across the contiguous 48. Alaska and Hawaii are served at the same price and typically land in three to four days. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label prints.

If it's living in a truck, a boat box or a gym bag, get the case — the pivots are the part you don't want a toolbox lid crushing. If there are two people in the house who would use it, get the pair. Sharing one massager reliably turns into one person using it, and the other person waiting.

We're not able to answer that, and you shouldn't trust anyone on the internet who says they can. Percussive massage is generally not used directly over the spine, surgical hardware, or an implanted device. Talk to whoever treats your back before you point this at it, and use it on the muscle, not the bone.

Thirty nights.
No conversation about it.

Use it every morning for a month. If it isn't doing something for you, email one line and we'll send a label and refund the whole thing. We'd rather eat the shipping than have it sitting in your closet.
